How do you ensure the authenticity of sealed products?
Every booster box and bundle is sourced directly from authorized distributors. We inspect the factory shrink-wrap and Wizards of the Coast seals to ensure no tampering has occurred before shipping.
What is your return policy for sealed TCG items?
To maintain the integrity of our inventory, we only accept returns on items that are still in their original, unopened factory seal. Once the shrink-wrap is broken, the item is no longer eligible for a refund.
How are orders packaged for shipping?
We use heavy-duty corrugated boxes and high-grade bubble wrap to prevent corner dings and shelf wear during transit, ensuring your collection arrives in 'Gem Mint' condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their local government upon arrival.
Can I cancel a pre-order for an upcoming set?
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the official release date. After that window, the order is processed for immediate dispatch and cannot be stopped.
